Gold dropped to $4030 today, filling up the liquidity gap. However, it reversed nicely. Looking at smaller time frames, we notice heavy selling pressure, which is likely to push the price down towards our target one or two, if fundamentals support the view. Furthermore, we believe the price still has a high chance of going around our top entry around $4380. That area remains a key level if the trend is bearish in the longer term.
